Stefano is our neighbor, but he’s also the executive chef of the VICTOR Bozar Café. We’re now used to see him come by the shop several times a week during his break, to tell us a story or try on a few pairs of glasses.

One day, he asked us to slow him down on his cravings for glasses, so we asked him to slow us down on our cravings for Orechiette alla Norma. A healthy, neighbourly relationship all in all.
