On Friday 18th March, 2005, the Commercial Court of Lons Le Saulnier (39) passed the judicial liquidation of ODO S.A., established in Morbier, Jura (France).

This bankruptcy wasn’t due to a crises in its optic branch, but in another line of their business - watchmaking. To honor its existing orders, ODO was allowed to go on with its activities for a further month.

We don’t know much about watchmaking, but if these Bugatti frames could have recorded time, we're pretty sure they would have done that with precision, and for a long long time.

Archive: The factory first built by Les Horlogeries Romanet in 1951 and acquired by Léon Odobez 33 years later to manufacture clock mechanisms and a few luxury glasses.
